Fantastic clinic, kids really enjoyed. Great diversity in activities. Coaches very approachable for the athletes/kids. Thanks guys. My two definitely keen to attend another clinic over Summer.

We attended Aarons holiday clinic and it was fantastic. The kids had a ball, they also improved on their PBs that weekend in their sprinting events, from just a 2 hr session. Aaron is very approachable and very professional at the way he conducts his sessions/training. He was able to quickly dissect my sons running technique and advised on additional exercises to further improve his technique and times, this is exactly what we want from a sprint coach.

My boys have only recently started with AB Performance and so far are enjoying the sessions. They already feel the difference in their running style and burst of speed for the respective sports. Coaches have also commented on the improvement in their technique. Highly recommend if looking for a successful, experienced, knowledgeable, no fuss coach. The expertise is like none other. More importantly the boys rate Aaron and look forward to the next session each week. The bonus? It's affordable. BIG TICK. A definite 5 star rating for sure.

My 8yo daughter absolutely loved her training session with Aaron and cannot wait to book another. Aaron got her to improve her running speed in one training and she has been practicing the exercises and techniques taught to her since. Aaron was patient and thoughtful with her and included lots of fun into the session. We can highly recommend Aaron!

I’ve used previous establishments in Perth, however Aaron gets the results and knows how to connect with his clients. He is passionate about what he does and is invested in getting the best out of his athletes. It’s his persistence and consistency in each individual that makes me come back each term!Thanks for being great Aaron!
